Ingredients:
100gms Carrot
100gms Cauliflower
100gms Turnip
1tbsp Chili Powder
1tsp Kalonji/ Onion Seeds
2tsp Garam Masala
1tsp Jeera/Cumin Powder
2tsp Jaggery Powder
2tsp Ginger - Garlic paste
4tbsp Mustard Oil
3tbsp Vinegar
Salt to taste
Method:
Peel and chop Vegetables finely.
Blanch the vegetables and keep aside.
Heat Oil, add Kalonji, Ginger - Garlic paste, Chili Powder, Jeera powder, Jaggery, Salt, Garam Masala and Vinegar.
Now add the Vegetables and mix well and cook for 5 minutes and store in airtight jars.
