Quick Aloo Beans Sabzi For Working People
Being a working individual has its own constrictions. Work takes most part of the day and by the time you get back from office there is no energy left to cook something complicated. At such times you need recipes which can get ready in a few minutes. Apart from that you also need healthy, home cooked food to keep yourself energised.
Keeping this mind, Boldsky has a quick and easy sabzi recipe for you which you can cook in very less time and also carry it in your lunchbox. Aloo beans ki sabzi is a dry side dish which you can serve with rotis or dal-rice. This vegetarian recipe is not at all complicated and saves much of your time. In case you are a very impatient person, you can boil the vegetables, keep it refrigerated and then cook following the recipe.

So, here is the recipe for quick aloo beans ki sabzi. Have a look and we are sure it will come handy for the working people.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- Aloo (potatoes)- 4 (diced, boiled)
- Green beans- 7-8 (chopped, boiled)
- Onion- 1 (chopped)
- Garlic paste- 1tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1tsp
- Jeera powder- 1tsp
- Chaat masala- 1tsp
- Methi seeds- 1tsp
- Salt- as per taste
- Oil- 1tbsp
Procedure
1. Heat oil in a pan and add methi seeds. Allow it to crackle.
2. Add the chopped onions and fry for 3-4 minutes.
3. Then add garlic paste and cook for a minute.
4. The add in the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, jeera powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Now add in the boiled potatoes and beans. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
6. Add salt and check the seasoning.
7. Once done, switch off the flame and serve.
Aloo beans ki sabzi is ready to be served. It goes best with rotis or parathas.
