Ingredients:
4 Bunches Calocasia Leaves
2 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
6 Cloves Garlic
Salt to taste
6 - 8 Green Chilies
1 tsp Om or Oregano
3 - 4 Red Chilies
1 tsp Jaggery powder
1 tbsp Oil

Method:
Cook the leaves, tamarind pulp, Salt and Green Chilies together. Grind these to a paste.

To the paste add Jaggery and cook for sometime.

Now, in another kadai, heat Oil and add Om/Oregano, Red Chilies and Garlic. Add this to the mixture and mix well.

Serve hot with Rice.
