Kadhi With Pakora Recipe!
Kadhi is a nice combination food common in North India. Kadhi is made with curd and besan in different methods. Punjabi kadhi, Rajasthani kadhi, Maharashtrian kadhi and Gujarati kadhi have difference but the main ingredients are besan and curd. Kadhi can be made with pakoda, papad, moong dal and mangori. Lets take a look at the vegetarian, kadhi with pakora recipe.
Kadhi with pakora recipe:

Ingredients
For kadhi
4 cups beaten curd
2 tbsp besan
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2tbsp coriander leaves chopped
4 green chillies chopped
7-8 curry leaves (kadi pata)
1tsp methi (fenugreek seeds)
1tsp chilli powder
2 cloves
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1tsp saunf (fennel seeds)
1tsp jeera and rai
a pinch hing
1/2 cup water
For pakora
1 cup besan
salt to taste
1tsp ajwain
1tsp red chilli powder
1 cup water
1 pinch baking soda
oil
Directions to make kadhi with pakora recipe:
1. Mix pakora ingredients in a bowl except oil and add water to make a thick batter.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan and drop small balls of pakora with the help of fingers. Fry till it becomes little brown. Keep in tissue paper to absorb extra oil. Keep it aside.
3. Mix besan and beaten curd in a bowl. Add water and beat well. Now add turmeric powder, green chillies and salt. Keep it aside.
4. Heat oil in a pan and add jeera and rai, meethi, hing, curry leaves, coriander seeds and saunf. Fry for a minute and then add red chilli powder. Immediately pour the besan and curd solution and stir continuously for 3-4 minutes. Don't stop stirring as the curd can break. Simmer the solution for 10-14 minutes.
5. Now add fried pakoras and mix softly. Put off flame.
Kadhi with pakora recipe is ready to eat. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve this vegetarian recipe hot with rice or rotis.
