Ingredients:
2 Cups Rice, Soaked for 4 hours
1 Cup Chiroti Rawa/Semolina
1 Cup Coconut
Lemon sized Tamarind
1tbsp Jaggery
Salt to taste
For the Masala :
5-6 Red Chilies
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
Few Curry Leaves
1tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Bengal Gram
1 piece of Hing/Asafoetida
1 tsp Oil
Method:
Fry the ingredients for the Masala in 1 tsp of Oil. Grind the Masala with Rice, Coconut, Tamarind and Jaggery to a batter.
Add Salt, Rawa and the required quantity of water and mix well.
Leave aside for half an hour.
Grease a griddle and prepare Dosa's and serve with Ghee and Chutney or Ghee and Jaggery.
