Rakhi Sweet: Quick Ras Malai Recipe
Quick ras malai is easy to make rakhi sweet recipe. This rakhi sweet recipe can be made within 30 minutes. Check out the quick ras malai recipe-
Quick ras malai recipe:
Ingredients
1 can rasgullas
4 cups milk
¼ cup sugar
¼ tsp cardamom powder
few saffron strands soaked in ¼ cup warm milk
nuts to garnish
Directions to make quick ras malai recipe:-
1. Boil milk in a non-sticky pan and stir continuously to avoid it from sticking. It is better to boil for 30 minutes if you like thick milk.
2. After boiling the milk for sometime add sugar, saffron-milk mix and cardamom powder.
3. Remove the milk from heat and let it cool.
4. Squeeze the rasgullas and add them in the boiled milk. Check the sweetness and if you feel sugar is less, then add some sugar syrup from the rasgulla can.
5. Garnish with dry fruits.
Quick ras malai is ready to serve. Give it to your brother after tying the rakhi and see what wonders your rakhi sweet makes.
