Blueberry Cheesecake Recipe: Sweet Treat!

Blueberry cheesecake recipe:
Ingredients
2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries
2 jars softened cream cheese
¼ cup melted butter
2 eggs
cornstarch
' cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
sweet whipped cream
1 tsp vanilla essence
Directions to make blueberry cheesecake recipe:
1. Heat the oven to 300 degrees. Mix crumbs, sugar and butter and apply it on the bottom of 9 inch baking pan.
2. Beat the eggs until thick and also blend sugar on the other side. Add cream cheese and vanilla to make it smooth. Pour the crumbs mixture and bake it for 30 minutes. Let it cool.
3. Mix sugar and cornstarch and stir it in the blueberry liquid. Add lemon juice. Cook this mix constantly till it thickens and starts boiling. Cool it.
4. Add blueberries and pour cheese mixture after its cold. Let the cake chill for 8 hours.
Garnish the blueberries cheesecake with whipped cream and serve it.
