Thyme helps to strengthen your immune system.

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- Cinnamon sticks- 2
- Dried thyme- 3tsp
- Tea leaves- 1tsp
- Sugar- as per taste
- Water- 3 cups
Procedure
1. Heat the water in a saucepan and bring it to boil.
2. Add the thyme, cinnamon and allow it to boil for 3-4 minutes. Cover it with a lid.
3. After 3-4 minutes, remove the cover and add tea leaves, sugar to it.
4. Allow the mixture to boil on low flame for about 5-6 minutes.
5. Once done, strain the tea in a cup with the help of a strainer.
Your refreshing cinnamon thyme tea is ready to be served. Enjoy it hot.
