How To Prepare Refreshing Tea?
To refresh or relax, it is a tasty sip of tea that first pops up on almost everyone's mind. At office or at home, at a tea party with friends or at a picnic, we cannot do without tea. Not just tea but; good tea! Flatter your palate with three different tea varieties.

I. Lemon Tea
Ingredients
Water-8 cups
Sugar-3/4 cup or 150 grams
Lemon juice (fresh or bottled)-2 ounces or 60 ml
Black Tea-2 bags
Method
Bring water to a rolling boil
Drop the tea bags into water and put off the fire
Cover the vessel with a lid
Allow the bags to blend for an hour
Remove the tea bags once the tea is blended enough
Add sugar and lemon juice
Stir till sugar dissolves in the water
Pour the tea into a pitcher and add some ice cubes
Refrigerate until chill.
Garnish with lemon slices if you prefer an extra lemony taste.
Sip your tea with a some short eats
II Peach Tea
Ingredients
Peach Nectar-2 cups
Fresh Lime Juice-1 tablespoon
Granulated sugar-4 tablespoons
Cinnamon sticks-2
Teabags-4
Cold water-4 cups
Method
Heat water in a vessel and bring it to boil
Pour the boiled water over teabags and cinnamon sticks.
Allow it to blend for four to five minutes by stirring briefly.
Take only the tea in another container.
Add sugar, lemon juice, peach nectar and allow it to cool
Pour into glasses containing ice cubes
Garnish it with lemon or peach wedge
This can make about six cups of tea.
III Masala Tea
Ingredients
Water-2 cups
Milk-1 cup
Tea leaves-3 teaspoons
Black pepper-3-4
Cloves-2
Green cardamom powder-1/4 teaspoon
Brown cardamom powder- 1/4 teaspoon
Aniseed-1/2 teaspoon
Ginger-1/2 inch
Sugar to taste
Method
Heat water in a vessel.
Add the masala (black pepper, cloves, green cardamom powder, black cardamom powder, aniseed and crushed ginger) and bring it to boil.
Reduce the flames and continue to heat for another four to five minutes
When it is about to boil, add the tealeaves and milk.
Let it boil for 3 to 4 times and switch off the stove
Take the tea into teacups and serve.
Now, pamper your palate with three different tea varieties.
