This vegetable pakora recipe is easy to prepare and does not take up too much of your time either. To prepare this simple vegetable evening snack recipe, you will need to add a lot of spices which itself brings in that outstanding flavour.

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

You Will Need
- Fennel Seeds - 1tsp
- Coriander Seeds - 1tsp (grind the above and this seeds together)
- Ajwain - 1 tsp
- Besan Flour - 1 cup
- Salt To taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Methi leaves - 1 tsp
- Carrot - 2tbsp
- Capsicum- 1tsp
- Potato - 2tbsp
- Green Chilly - 1 tsp
- Spinach- 1tbsp
- Brinjal - 1tbsp
- Spring Onion - 1tbsp
- Onion- 1tbsp
- Paneer - tbsp
- Coriander Leaves - few
- Chilli Powder- 1tsp
- Water - 5 tbsp

Procedure
- Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and leave it aside for 10 minutes.
- Add a little water to the ingredients while mixing.
- In a pan, add oil. When the oil is hot, make small balls with the above ingredients and fry them.
- Wait for it to turn golden in colour and then remove.

Nutrition Tip
Although it looks tasty containing all veggies, it is still not good health since it is deep fried.

Tip
Make sure you fry these yummy pakoras only once. Re frying them will absorb more oil which will remove the taste.
