There is no need to go out and spend huge bucks to have it outside. Here is a very simple way to make your chicken shots at home. You should never miss this simple method of preparation of chicken at home.

Here is a simple method of preparation of Hot Chicken Crisps.
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken: 1 kg
- Corn flour: 5 tbsp
- Maida: 5 tbsp
- Eggs: 2
- Soya sauce: 2 tbsp
- Chilli sauce: 2 tbsp
- Vinegar: 2 tbsp
- Mustard seed powder: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Garlic: 6 to 7 cloves finely chopped
- Salt: to taste
- chicken cubes:5 to 6
- Chinese salt: as per taste
- Oil: for frying
Kerala Style Pepper Chicken Fry Recipe
Method Of Preparation:
- Put all chicken in a cooker and put a little water just an inch or two above the chicken.
- Also add to it oil, Chinese salt, garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Steam it until it gets tender.
- In a separate bowl make a mixture by adding eggs, soya sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper, mustard paste, corn flour, maida, and chicken cubes.
- Mix all the contents well and it should not be too thick. If it becomes thick then add a little milk to it.
- Coat the steamed chicken with this paste and deep fry.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce and cold drinks.
