Amazon India Fashion Week 2015: JJ Valaya’s “Bolshoi Bazaar’
JJ VALAYA was one of the designers every fashionista wants to know about. On day 1 at the Amazon India Fashion Week 2015, the ramp was lit with infused elements of Russia and India.
JJ Valaya new autumn winter collection is coined as - 'The Bolshoi Bazaar'! The models seen on the ramp feature in the designer's best line so far.
The ramp is filled with heavy veils in sheer and net. Golden piping on borders of each ensemble, shimmering fabrics, patiala pants, asymmetrical kurtas, head gears in metallic colours and much more.
The season's attire is based on Russian features combined with Indian. Each of his ensembles are bold and classic in a way to bring out the traditions of Russia paired up with heavy accessories to bring in a style different from the other.
The Indian bit is seen in his prints and also the fabric used. The detailing is so specific this time at AIFW 2015 that one look at a couture your eyes will pop. Even the male models seen on the ramp look dapper in suits made to fit for the autumn winter season 2015.
JJ Valaya always has his eyes set on a particular strong theme to bring out each of his collections. 'The Bolshoi Bazaar' features colours which are amusing, bright and majestic and one of a kind since it is mixed with hues one wouldn't even think of.
On the other hand, each of the outfits are marked with some print or the other just to bring out the Russian and Indian elements on the ramp of day 1 at AIFW 2015, called - The Bolshoi Bazaar.

White Hues
We got to see a lot of white hues on the ramp of day 1 at AIFW 2015, AW.

Lady In Blue
The blue veil on the model is made of sheer. The Russian touch to the Indian lehenga is wonderfully crafted.

Squirrel Cape
The squirrel cape worn across the chest of her bosom is an add to make this bottle green lehenga look extravagant.

Prints Were Galore
JJ Valaya gave us a whole new range of prints. His patterns were loud and in your face.

Zebra Crossing
The zebra crossing pattern of this dress was the highlight on the ramp at day 1 of AIFW 2015. The head gear is also a major trend in his collection.

Grey Is Beautiful
The grey dress touched with dull gold is a perfect attire for a bride to be.

Shades Of Grey
JJ Valaya gave us a new colour for men this season. The grey coat with pink piping is wonderful so is the net lehenga skirt on the model with the halter top.

Pink Is Back
Pink and reds are the colours of the season. The reddish pink suits look wonderful and welcome the season of autumn/winter too.

Flared Skirts
On the ramp of day 1 at the AIFW 2015 AW, we got to see a lot of flared skirts with major intricate prints.

The Final Touch
Since JJ Valaya show was sponsored by Kindle, the final touch on the ramp saw models holding tablets with the name of the designer's collection. It ended perfectly.
