AICW 2015: Kriti Sanon, Pernia Qureshi & Imran Abbas Turns Showstoppers For Monisha Jaising
Monisha Jaising has added a new twist and charm to the wedding trousseau with her 'The Sailing Bride' collection showcased at the Day 3 of the ongoing Amazon India Couture Week 2015.
Her latest collection for Amazon India Couture Week has almost effortless pieces which will add more sophistication and elegance to the bridal look.
In a colour palette that includes ivory, molten gold, nude, red and blush pink, Jaising uses a mix of unconventional materials as well like feathers, neoprene and jersey to create a beautiful 'The Sailing Bride' collection.
From glittering sheer kurtis to thread embroidered lehenga skirts, Monisha Jaising's show at AICW 2015 was astounding and spellbinding. The Sailing Bride not just had lehengas but also showcased amazing sarees. The trending plain sarees were beautifully showcased with metallic blouses on the runway.
As expected, we had celebrity showstoppers for Monisha Jaising. However, not one but 3 Bollywood stars stepped out to grace the runway for Monisha Jaising.
Kriti Sanon was one of the celebrity showstopper as a bold bride with tattoos and sneakers. Dressed in a plain grey tank top with an embellished lehenga skirt and matching dupatta, the runaway bride looked chic.
Jaanisaar co-stars Pernia Qureshi and Imran Abbas also turned showstoppers for Monisha Jaising. Pernia went elegant in a earthy grey gown which had silver floral embellishments and motifs all over it.
Her co-star, Imran Abbas on the other side looked dapper in a two-piece suit.
