Shilpa Shetty's Makeup Spoils Her Desi Look

Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty on Thursday launched her own gold bullion and jewellery firm named Satyug Gold in Mumbai. Shilpa attended Satyug Gold jewellery launch wearing a nudish golden coloured plain khadi kurti by Neeta Lulla. The kurti had buttons on the bodice and featured a blazer jacket collar. The kurti was worn with a brown leather waist belt which looked chic with the plain kurti.

Shilpa Shetty who often carries bold outfits looked gorgeous in this chic desi look. Shilpa Shetty wore churidar pants with the trench coat like kurti.

The new jewellery firm Satyug Gold will have outlets in seven countries. Shilpa also owns two refineries in India. At the launch, Shilpa was the cynosure of all eyes and looked dazzling in kurti. The flared knee length kurti featured full sleeves and looked semi-formal. Shilpa Shetty wore the kurti with a indigo blue coloured churidar pants. We just loved the punk grey coloured striped pumps with the desi look.

Shilpa Shetty did not accessorise the look much as the collar neckline kurti almost covered her neck completely. However, Shilpa carried a thin gold chain with a diamond studded butterfly pendant which looked perfect with the overall look. Shilpa carried a nice brown belt watch on the right hand and applied dark plum nail polish.

Shilpa wore her glittering and huge wedding ring and diamond stud earrings. Side swept voluminous hair looked nice with the outfit. However, something went wrong with her makeup. Rosy pink cheeks and the concealer was applied too much which covered Shilpa's natural beauty. Black rimmed out eye makeup, shimmer on the eyelids looked a little tacky with the loud makeup. Glossy pink lips added to the loud makeup.

Although the desi look in Neeta Lulla was chic and stylish, Shilpa Shetty's loud makeup just spoiled her appearance. What do you think?
