Back To Back: Shruti Haasan Gets Traditional

Shruti Haasan is one of those actresses in tinseltown who dresses to impress. The young diva was spotted in two traditional outfits recently at two separate events. Wearing a black saree and a red lehenga to grace these occasions, Shruti Haasan looked fabulous.

Ms. Haasan is usually the one who opts for Western attires. This recent event was a fresh look and we liked it. The red lehenga though was a little extreme with the colour but the black and gold saree was an eye candy.

Dressed in black to impress her fans, Shruti Haasan showed off her curves perfectly. The georgette saree she wore to the event looked beautiful on her. Shruti glowed in this saree as the dull gold print was not that gaudy.

She kept it simple with her hair left loose and not too much of accessories. Shruti Haasan's smile is a killer! Her gracious smile was shimmering with a red hue and so were her chubby cheeks.

The saree Shruti wore for this event was perfect for the occasion. It was tight fitting and not vulgar. The choli of this black georgette saree was of a dull gold too and printed. Her wrists were gleaming with gold bangles. A cherry beaded necklace completed her look. On the other hand, we loved the complete South Indian style of the bindi that Shruti wore.

Shruti Haasan also attended the 'Poojai' audio Launch. At this event, she looked fiery red hot in a gold and red lehenga. Not that the traditional outfit wasn't apt, it was the colour which was way too rich for this beauty.

This lehenga was wrapped with red lips and not too much of jewellery. In conclusion, we loved the black and gold saree on Shruti Haasan when compared to the striking red lehenga at the 'Poojai' audio Launch.
