Finally we got to see Vidya Balan wearing something different. At the trailer launch of her film, Shaadi Ke Side Effects, Vidya Balan decided to ditch her trademark silk and cotton sarees, and decided to try something western. Vidya Balan was spotted wearing a pink tunic dress by Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna which was quite a surprise for us.

Vidya Balan wore a bright pink coloured knee length high low hem cut tunic dress by Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna at the trailer launch of Shaadi Ke Side Effects. Although the look was different, we think that Vidya carried off her movie character at the launch. She is wearing such tunic dresses and carrying long curly hair in her upcoming movie.

The pink high low hem Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna dress had an embellished black neckline. Vidya Balan wore this pink dress with a black leather shiny waist belt. Vidya carried her long curly hair with ease. Vidya accessorised the Rohit Gandhi and Rahul Khanna pink tunic dress with black accessories on the hand. The black bangles, beaded black bracelet and a black watch covered her right wrist.

She completed the look with zebra print wedges. We think that the wedges spoiled the look in the pretty pink tunic dress. She could have replaced the monochrome print wedges with a plain high heels. Vidya kept the look simple by opting for minimal makeup. Glossy pink lips and simple eye makeup completed her look at the trailer launch of Shaadi Ke Side Effects.

The dress was not quite impressive as Vidya was in her role look, we were surprised to see Vidya Balan trying something different. We know that Vidya loves to promote her films by staying in her character, but this tunic dress was not that impressive to us! Vidya looked heavy and her fat legs were a little turn off! Vidya desperately needs a nice fashion designer and guide for western outfits. In traditional outfits, Vidya has made very impressive appearances which have turned heads around. Time for her to impress in western outfits as well.
