Hydration Is Non Negotiable
Tamannaah underlines that having hydrated skin is essential for having radiant skin. She makes it a point to drink eight to ten glasses of water a day, no matter what. She thinks drinking water keeps her skin hydrated and helps to eliminate pollutants.
This is one of the simplest yet most powerful skincare suggestions since hydrated skin will help combat dullness and fine wrinkles.

Doesn't Step Out With Sunscreen
The actress always wears sunscreen when she goes outside. She emphasizes how crucial it is to shield the skin from damaging UV rays, which can result in hyperpigmentation, early ageing, and even skin cancer.
Tamannaah opts for an SPF 50 broad-spectrum sunscreen to protect her skin from UVA and UVB radiation. Reapplication of sunscreen (at least twice a day) is something necessary for Bollywood beauty!

Cleanses The Face Twice

Ms Bhatia uses a mild, sulfate-free cleanser in the morning and ensures that cleanses her skin more thoroughly in the evening, especially after hectic shoots.

She's a big fan of DIY face masks using ingredients like yoghurt, honey, and turmeric, which help soothe the skin, brighten the complexion, and maintain its youthful glow.

Follows Moisturization Religiously
Tamannaah has a combination skin which makes her not skip the moisturization step. She chooses a moisturizing product that is light and doesn't clog her pores. By preventing dryness, moisturizing aids in preserving the skin's barrier function.
