Use Coffee Grounds In Your Skin Care Routine In These 7 Ways!
Opt for these 7 incredible ways to use coffee in your skin care routine! Read here to know all about it!
Coffee in itself is rich in antioxidants. Ground coffee is a great exfoliator and does no harm to the skin like other substances. Coffee grounds can help in balancing the pH of the skin and therefore clear clogged pores.
Any day isn't complete without a steaming cup of coffee and no matter how many articles are out there telling that you should cut down your coffee intake, it isn't that bad. While instant coffee is too easy to make and doesn't take much time, drinking coffee made using grounds is a feeling indescribable.

Two cups of coffee a day is completely fine. So, why throw away the coffee shrubs that are just as beneficial as the expensive scrubs available in the market and all over the internet?
After making your morning pot of coffee, keep it aside to dry while you enjoy your favourite drink of the day.
And the grainy coffee remains can be used from tinting your hair to tightening your skin.
So, here are 7 amazing coffee ground scrubs that you can make at home to get a tighter and healthier skin.

1. Just coffee grounds
Cool the coffee grounds while enjoying your morning cup of coffee. When the coffee grounds cool down, apply them under your eyes and on your eyelids. Lie down for a good 10 minutes, so that the coffee grounds can work their magic. It sloughs off dead skin and brightens the two areas. It also reduces puffiness.

2.Anti-cellulite Scrub
Take ½ a cup of used coffee grounds, 1 teaspoon of ginger juice, 1 pinch of sea salt and 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix it well and scrub it in places. A coffee ground stimulates better circulation and causes the water from that particular area to disperse and makes the area look firmer.

3.Go-To Face Scrub
Coffee grounds are an excellent anti-tan agent, and a skin-moistening substance. Mix ½ a cup of used coffee grounds along with 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons of full-fat milk and 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply the paste on your skin, hands and legs, and massage softly for 2 minutes. Leave it there for another 15 to 20 minutes and wash thoroughly with tap water. This definitely can be your go-to mask before some important event.

4. Coffee And Yogurt Mask
Mix two tablespoons of yogurt and one tablespoon of used coffee grounds. Apply it on your face and leave for around 20 minutes. The coffee grounds stimulate efficient blood circulation, while yogurt moisturises the skin.

5. Coffee Ice Cubes
Put around half a teaspoon of used coffee grounds in each section of the ice cube tray and fill the remaining with water. Freeze them overnight and use one cube daily to rub it on to your face for a daily rejuvenated, radiating skin.

6. To Keep Your Lips Moisturised
This lip scrub can also be used to remove lipstick stains from the lips. Mix one teaspoon of used coffee grounds with one teaspoon of honey. Lightly massage this scrub on your lips for a few seconds and rinse off. Following that, apply a lip balm to complete your lip care routine. Do this, every day, for best results.

7. Olive Oil And Coffee Grounds Scrub
Mix ½ a cup of coffee grounds, along with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Massage it well on your face, leaving the eye region. Keep it for another 30 minutes and rinse it off with cold water. Coffee grounds exfoliate the skin, while olive oil provides the much-needed moisture.
