Turmeric
On the affected area, a light coat of turmeric paste can soothe the irritation.
The recipe for turmeric paste is, mix a tablespoon of turmeric powder in three tablespoons of rose water and make a thick paste out of it.
Apply a thin layer of this turmeric paste on your eczema-prone areas and then let it dry at its own.
If you don't find this comforting, you can wash off right after.

Oils
Two oils work wonders on the eczema problem. They are coconut oil and jojoba oil.
Take the oil you like and rub it on your palm. Then, apply it on the affected area. Do not massage the oil. Just a coat of its appliation helps.
If the first trial of applying oil on the eczema works, you can repeat it again.

Glycerin
Glycerin is a traditional remedy for eczema. However, glycerin alone or its direct application is harmful.
The ideal way to apply glycerin is, mix equal portions of glycerin with water. Keep this in a spray bottle.

This can be applied two-five times in a day, if it renders benefits to your skin or the problem.
