Addiction To Coffee
If you drink too much coffee then you are at high risk of developing skin acne. Coffee keeps you active by stimulating brain but at the same time can cause excess oil production in your skin and cause acne.

Wearing Wrong Fabrics
Clothes made of nylon, polyester, and lycra tend to trap the bacteria and dead cells. Since no air is passed through these fabrics these bacteria remain on the clothing and can cause skin infections including acne. The close contact of these clothes with you face causes acne.

Your cell phone contains more bacteria than a toilet seat. Your cell phone comes in contact with many infected surfaces and catch different types of bacteria. Your hands are also a source of bacterial transmission to your phone. Make a habit of wiping your phone always before picking the call.

If you are not washing your hair properly then the bacteria present in your hair causes acne as they get transferred to skin. Wash your hair frequently if you have oily scalp and dandruff. Washing hair is one of the best tips to avoid acne problems.
