Home Remedies For Ageing Skin
As we all know women's skin is very sensitive and ages faster then men. The formation of wrinkles is very common once a woman reaches forty mark; blemishes and rashes are also formed as the age increases. Similarly, the skin will start losing its elasticity and nutrients that are essential to keep the facial skin from sagging, hence women need to take extra care of her skin. Though many women spend more on the anti-ageing creams in order to avoid the age lines on the skin, it does not give the desired results.
Fighting the signs of ageing does not require you to spend fortunes or hit the beauty parlour for skin treatment, as there are plenty of natural skin care products that are found in your kitchen. Interestingly, there are plenty of natural skin care remedies that are very helpful and also slow down the ageing process.
Here are some of the best anti-ageing skin care remedies that you can follow to slow down the ageing process to keep your skin smooth and supple.

Avocado:
Avocado is known to be basically oily in nature, hence it helps in making the skin radiant and young. Mash up the avocado and apply it on your face or cut into slices and rub is on your face.

Castor Oil:
Castor oil is an age old remedy. Regular massages with castor oil reduces skin ageing and also makes the skin supple and soft.

Potato:
Potatoes is known to be a natural bleach. Ageing skin develops blemishes and pigmentation too. Dice potatoes and rub on the blemished or pigmented area of your skin.

Sugarcane Juice:
Sugacane juice is said to be very useful for the skin. Make a paste of turmeric powder and sugarcane juice, it is great for controlling skin ageing.

Pineapple:
Rubbing the core of pineapple also prevents skin ageing. After rubbing it, leave it to soak into your skin for around 15 minutes. This reduces the first signs of skin ageing.

Grapes:
Crush some seedless grapes and gently rub into your skin. Leave it on for around 15 minutes and wash it with warm water. Do not wipe your face after washing; let it dry by itself.

Glycerine:
Mix glycerine with lime juice and rose water and massage it into your skin or simply apply with a cotton ball. Leave it overnight and then wash it off in the morning. This reduces blemishes and also makes the skin soft and supple.

Honey:
Applying honey also helps in combating skin ageing; especially for the skin around the eyes.

Lemons:
Lemon is great for skin and we all know it. Rubbing lemon over the skin prevents it from ageing and also reduces blemishes.

Fish oil:
Fish oil has abundant amounts of vitamin E. And it works great for combating ageing. Cod liver oil and vitamin E work wonders in reducing blemishes, spots and wrinkles. They also even out your skin tone.
