3. Body massage is a must during summers. Body massage enhances the natural detoxification precess by enhancing blood circulation and stimulating the lymphatic system. This helps the body to retain the necessary moisture and also keep it healthy.
4.Exfoliate the skin during summers. Exfoliating the skin means to remove the dead skin, which is a common feature of summers. Dead skins if left on the skin, it blocks the pores, not allowing the sweat to flow out and thus, create infection. Thus using a scrubber is important.
5.The next best way is to apply sunscreen. Sunscreen with an SPF 30 is perfect for everyday use. Sunscreens protect skin from loosing it's moisture and also from getting affected by harsh UV rays.
