Coconut water, found inside the green coconut, is a boon of nature to the human kind. It is a rich source of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, carbohydrates, antioxidants, enzymes and other phytonutrients. In is a great source of almost all the nutrients needed for our well being. It has no side effects and is a quick cure to many health problems. It is one if the best skin care products, specially for oily skin. Lets look at some ways to use coconut water for skin care -
