Six Skin Care Tips For Healthy Skin In Spring
The spring season is associated with renewal and newness. With birds chirping, bright sunlight, and flowers blooming; everything around you feels extra-vibrant. And to keep up with the sudden change in atmosphere, your skin needs extra prep as well. Seasonal skin care will allow you to enjoy this cheerful season with great confidence and joy!

Here are 6 steps that can make your skin healthy and flawless during spring:
1. Exfoliate
Pamper your skin well with a hot bath and exfoliate with a gentle scrub. Pay extra attention to the spots which are prone to dry, rough patches like elbows, hands, knees, back, and feet. This skincare regime will allow healthy skin cells to regenerate.
2. Apply Light Moisturiser
For your spring skincare routine, ensure to use a light moisturizer to keep your skin glowing and well-hydrated. Always buy a moisturizer that is suitable for your skin type. Apply it once or twice a day to keep your skin feeling soft and supple.
3. Apply Sunscreen
Before heading out, make sure to add a layer of protection to your skin with sunscreen. It will work as a shield or barrier from harmful UV rays attacking your skin. Sun damage will naturally result in tan and blemishes. That's why always use SPF 70 sunscreen lotion before stepping out whether it is sunny or cloudy!
4. Eat Good
The popular saying - You are what you eat is as real as it gets. So if you eat well, you will see the noticeable changes in you pretty organically. Eat locally-grown fresh fruits, veggies, pulses, and nuts that provide all the essential vitamins, minerals, and proteins your body and skin requires. It will help keep your skin looking younger and also fight signs of aging. Also, drink plenty of water throughout the day to flush out toxins from your body.
5. Work Out
No matter how busy you are the entire day, there is no excuse to not do any physical activity. Indulge in physical activity of your choice i.e.cardio, brisk walking, yoga, pilates which help increase blood flow in your body and help maintain the skin cells. You will realize some positive changes in your skin and body with just one week of working out religiously.
6. Keep Your Makeup Brushes Clean
If cleaning your wardrobe for spring is on your immediate to-do list, then don't forget to sort out your cosmetic products too. Your makeup sponges and brushes accumulate heaps of bacteria and grime pretty quickly. And if you keep using the same without cleaning it frequently, it means you are indirectly applying germs on your face. That's why it is essential to keep your brushes, sponges, loofah, etc clean with a natural cleanser.
