We tried the newest addition to the Maybelline mascara family, the Lash Sensational Mascara! Here's how it fared for us.

Mascara is an absolute game changer when it comes to make-up. It can instantly brighten up your entire face by lifting your lashes. Today, we'll be reviewing the Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara.

This has recently been launched in the Indian markets, although it was launched abroad in 2014. This comes in two variants, that is, waterproof and washable. Here we are reviewing the waterproof variant.

What the product claims: The product claims to give a full fan effect to the lashes.

Packaging: It comes in a dusty rose gold tube and has a chubby tube just like most other Maybelline mascaras. We love the color of the tube.

Wand: The wand and brush of this mascara make all the difference. It has soft, shorter bristles on one side, with longer bristles on the other side. The short bristles really help comb out every single lash, while the longer bristles make the lashes longer. It is different from any wand we have ever seen before, and the curve on it helps with the fan effect.

Formula: The formula of the mascara is pretty basic, although if you use more than three coats, it could become clumpy. It is waterproof, so it is also really difficult to remove. You'd need a good make-up remover to remove this mascara. The mascara would not budge the entire day and it can withstand humidity, eye-rubbing and even crying.
