What It Means When Your Hair Texture Changes & What Are Its Reasons
Don't you just hate it when your hair texture randomly changes? Here's what it means and what you could do about it.
Sometimes, you could just wake up and find your hair to be a different texture than what it was when you went to sleep. This can be quite confusing. We will be telling you the reasons on why your hair texture can change and what to do when the hair texture changes.
This can happen for many reasons and most of them are avoidable. So, the next time this happens, there is no reason to worry, as it is definitely not permanent and with some easy hacks you will be able to manage your mane better.
There are solutions to every single issue out here. And when your hair texture changes, you could use these solutions that effectively come to the rescue. So, keep reading to know more about the reasons that can cause changes in the hair texture and what you need to do about the same.

1. Sleeping With Wet Hair:
If you sleep with wet hair, your hair does not get to dry naturally and your sleeping position ends up determining your hair texture. So, avoid sleeping with wet hair. Make sure to completely dry your hair before you hit the sack.

2. Humidity:
Humidity tends to make the hair turn really frizzy. This is especially true if you have curly or wavy hair. Use a climate control cream or spray to help you deal with this. Blow drying your hair can also help you with this.

3. Tight Bands:
Tight rubber bands used to tie your hair in a tight ponytail or bun can leave dents on your hair if kept for a long time. This is a major reason that can lead to change in the hair texture. So, avoid tying your hair too tight and stick to using either clutch clips or rubber bands that are slightly more loose.

4. Using Wrong Products:
Experimenting with products that you are not used to can sometimes go very wrong. The wrong products that you use can make your hair turn frizzy or even add more moisture to turn straight hair into curly hair. So, make sure you don't go by the ads and pick the ones that really suit your hair.

5. Not Changing Dirty Pillowcases:
Dirty pillowcases can transfer the dirt on to your hair. This can make your hair messier and oilier than usual. So, make sure you wash and change your pillowcases on a regular basis.

6. Oily Hair:
The natural oils in your hair can also make your hair change its texture if left unwashed for too long. This can either make your hair look too flat or even make it look more curlier than usual. It all depends on your natural hair texture.
