Herbal Ways To Use Ginger For 2 Times Thicker Hair

By Kumutha

Tired of your ever-thinning hair?

What if we tell you that a herbal ginger mask can make your hair twice as thicker and longer?

Yes, the same spice that adds a tinge of heat to your food can actually make your hair grow too. We don't say this, science does!

ginger for hair

Baffled much? We were too. So, we got down to research to understand exactly what connection ginger has with hair. And this is what we found.

Ginger contains magnesium, phosphorous and potassium, which stimulate blood circulation in the capillary zone that gets directed to the hair follicles, improving growth.

Furthermore, ginger is a powerhouse of fatty acids, which strengthen hair roots, preventing hair fall.

To add to it, ginger has a high ratio of antibacterial properties, which break down the dirt deposits on the scalp, thereby cleansing pores and reducing flaky dandruff.

Wait, we have more! Ginger has a very high antioxidant content that seals cuticles, adds shine and volume to dull, dud and dead hair.

Though it is only recently that cosmetic industry has started rolling out ginger-infused hair care products, Ayurveda has been screaming hoarse about its properties for centuries now.

And as always, we had turned deaf ears to Mother Nature. But, as they say, it is better late than never.
