Foods To Prevent Baldness
Hair fall and baldness has become a big problem for many people nowadays. Over-polluted environment, our lifestyle and bad eating habits are making it even worst. We hardly bother about the food we eat. Eating junk foods without thinking of nutrition and use of chemical based products on skin and hair has taken this problem to a higher level. If you really want to get rid of the problem of baldness and extreme hair fall, you will have to maintain healthy eating habits. There are many healthy foods which can easily prevent baldness and promote hair growth naturally.
Your hair need good nutrition to stay healthy. If you want stay away from baldness and want healthy hair, you have to fulfill its nutritional requirements. Hair need adequate proteins and a variety of nutrients like vitamin A, B, E, omega-3 fatty acids, minerals like potassium, magnesium, iron, copper, zinc and antioxidants. To prevent baldness, include such foods in your diet so as to increase hair growth.
Add lots of low fat dairy products, dark green leafy vegetables, nuts, vegetables and fruits to your daily diet which provide you all abovementioned nutrients. Let's have a look on the foods you should eat to prevent baldness and increase hair growth:

Eggs
As you all know that the major part of our hair is made up of protein so we need take of our hair and hair-growth; you have to eat protein rich food. Egg is a very good source of protein and vitamin B, which helps you prevent baldness.

Dairy Products
If you are a vegetarian and losing your hair very fast then you should intake lots of dairy products. Dairy products like yogurt and skim milk are a good source of vitamin A. Also, they increase the production of sebum in the scalp which helps prevent baldness.

Spinach
Green leafy vegetables are very rich in nutrients, antioxidants and vitamin B, C and E. It is also rich in potassium, omega-3 fatty acids, iron and calcium which are very necessary for proper hair growth and help prevent baldness.

Dry fruits/nuts
If you want to get rid of baldness or other hair related problems, include a handful of nuts in your daily diet. They are a very rich source of proteins, vitamins, minerals and phytochemical which play a big role in solving the problem of baldness and hair fall.

Beans
You can add a variety of beans to your daily diet. Include kidney beans, black beans, soybeans, chickpeas in your diet. They provide protein, vitamins and minerals for hair growth and prevent baldness.

Fish
Protein is very important for your hair growth. If you love to eat fish, then it is a great food for hair. Fishes like Salmon, tuna, mackerel and cod are a very good source of protein and omega 3 fatty acids.

Carrots
Carrots are very good for your hair as they help prevent baldness and promote hair growth. Beta-carotene and vitamin A present in carrots help produce sebum in the scalp and promotes hair growth.

Oats
Start your day with a healthy breakfast; oatmeal. It has lot of qualities in it and provides your body a good amount of vitamins, minerals and proteins. Potassium, zinc, copper, magnesium, iron and phosphorous present in it help prevent baldness.

Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potatoes are very good for your hair. Beta carotene present in it promotes hair growth. It also contains vitamin C, iron, copper and protein which is essential for your hair health.

Sunflower seeds
These seeds are full of nutrients which help prevent baldness. Sunflower seeds contain protein, selenium, zinc, biotin, copper, iron, Vitamins B and E and also very good source of omega-3 fatty acids.
