Use Egg For Natural Hair Care
An egg is rich source of proteins, vitamins and nutrients which fulfills the protein and nutrients requirements of the hair and help keep them shiny and healthy. The fat acid in the egg prevents dandruff and cures dry and damaged hair. Eggs are also rich in Vitamin D, A and E which prevents hair loss and also protect the hair from UV rays and pollution which may damage the hair quality.
Here are tips to use egg for hair care:
1. One of the most easy and common methods of using egg for hair care is; beat two egg yolks and mix a tablespoon of castor oil, honey and few drops of water. Apply through the hair from the hair roots till the tips and keep it for 30 minutes after massaging. If you have dandruff then add few drops of lime in the mix.
2. For hair growth, mix egg yolks with almond oil and apply the mix on the hair.
3. To make an egg hair mask, mix one egg with a tablespoon of water and apply it on the hair from its roots till the tips. Leave it for 10-15 minutes and then rinse off with a mild shampoo. This is a natural egg hair care conditioner.
4. Whip two eggs and pour the mixture on the hair. Massage for 3 minutes and let t dry. Shampoo the hair and give vinegar and water rinse fot soft and smooth hair.
5. Mix egg yolk with yogurt and lime skin. Apply this mix properly on the hair and keep it for 10 minutes. Wash it with cold water for a conditioned hair.
6. Beat an egg and add few drops of lemon juice. Whisk the mix and apply it on the hair for sometime. This egg is good for hair care as it brings shine to the dull hair and cures dandruff too.
Egg is a natural and good hair care ingredient as it cures hair problems like hair loss, dull hair etc whilst it acts as a natural conditioner. When rinsing the egg mixture be careful to avoid making your hair look greasy. Apply some mild shampoo on the hair to avoid getting the smell of egg from the hair.
