Two-Ingredient Body Mask To Treat Hyperpigmented Skin

What You Would Require:
• 5-7 spoons of flax seeds
• One cup of yogurt
Procedure:
- Take some flax seeds and roast it for some time.

- Once the flax seeds turn black, switch off the flame.
- Allow it to cool down for some time and then transfer it to a blender.

- Blend the flax seeds thoroughly to make a fine powder.

- Now take one cup of yogurt.

- Then, add 2-3 spoons of flax seed powder to it.
- Mix both the ingredients together and make sure no lumps are formed.

- Apply this mixture on the face and body and massage for 10-15 minutes.

- Wash off with lukewarm water.
- Use this body mask twice in a day to treat pigmented skin.
