Some women during pregnancy develop what is called 'mask of pregnancy', wherein their skin becomes excessively dark or they develop a serious case of acne.
Your body sheds this mask post pregnancy, and the skin starts clearing up. Hence, a suitable scrub will fasten the process, without being too harsh on your skin.

The recipe contains five essential ingredients: Pineapple extract, mashed banana, coconut oil, sugar and flower petals of your choice.
Vital enzymes present in pineapple will strip dead skin cells, while banana hydrates and soothes the skin; and coconut oil nourishes the skin and gives it a radiant glow.
Sugar works to cleanse skin, unclog the pores and kill the infection-causing bacteria. And the last ingredient in our pack flower petals relax our mind and leave the skin feeling soft and fragrant.
- 1 cup of diced pineapple
- ½ sliced banana
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of coconut oil
- Flower petals of your choice
Method Of Preparation & Application
- Smash diced pineapple and banana slice in a bowl, until it gets a smooth consistency. Add in the sugar and coconut oil. Stir in until all the components combine well. Top it off with the flower petals for that added goodness.
- Lather the pack all over your body. Sit back and relax for 15 to 20 minutes. Once dry, scrub your body in a circular motion or use a loofah. Rinse away the residue. Follow it up with a nourishing body lotion.
