DIY Peppermint Massage Oil For Tired Skin

There are a lot of benefits of massaging the skin with oils, and one of them is obviously the fact that it keeps the skin moisturised.
Not only does it hydrate the skin, but DIY massage oils actually help lock in the moisture and ensure that the skin does not get dry throughout the day.
Massaging also increases blood circulation in the skin, making sure that dead skin cells are removed, thus giving way to better, shinier skin.
With a DIY peppermint massage oil, you can pick and decide what kind of ingredients you want in it. Any oil has one carrier oil, which is the base oil, and one essential oil. Examples of carrier oils are coconut oil, olive oil, jojoba oil or grapeseed oil.

So, here's how you can make your very own DIY massage oil! Have a look.
Ingredients:
Grapeseed Oil - 1 bottle
Peppermint Essential Oil - a few drops (depending on the fragrance)
Method Of Preparation:
You'd need an entire bottle of the carrier oil, which is grapeseed oil. Add peppermint oil to this, as per how strong you want the scent to be. Peppermint is a top note oil and has a pretty strong smell, so a few drops should be enough.

Grapeseed oil is extremely absorbent and not sticky at all. This makes it a great carrier oil. You can be sure that the oil would not get transferred or stain your clothes. Even peppermint oil is really absorbent, so it won't add any stickiness to the oil.
The scent of peppermint would wake you up and make your skin feel rejuvenated.
