Yogurt Body Masks For Skin

Haven't you always been stressed about how to keep your skin alive? Skin for most of you, is the most vital part of your body. You tend to desire for a smooth and lively skin that will keep you happy throughout the day. Well, often you pick up a lotion that promises beautiful skin but, the price makes you put it back in the shelf. Yes, you just wished it wasn't so expensive.

Trying out cheap lotions and, skin care products have often caused you worrisome issues. Now, you are left wondering or rather hoping for a miracle to happen which will make your skin gentle without having to spend too much. If you are facing these issues, yogurt based body masks are simply ideal for you.

Yogurt Body Masks For Skin

Why yogurt? Well, yogurt contains lactic acid combined with zinc and, other minerals which help maintain the healthy state of your skin.

Moisturiser that's natural
You can apply plain yogurt across your face, hands, legs etc. for around 20-25 minutes to hydrate the skin. If your skin is extremely dry, you can add honey to yogurt and, remove the dryness. Yogurt mixed with carrots can be a great face mask that will smooth the lines on your face.

Scrubs that hydrate
Yogurt is an excellent face scrub. If your skin is dry and appears dehydrated, you can wake it up using yogurt scrubs. You can mix yogurt with oats and, scrub it across your face. It helps exfoliate. You can even mix yogurt with rice powder to rid your skin of black and whiteheads.

The natural scrub
Mix yogurt with citrus fruits to make that excellent natural scrub. All you need to do is take off some dried orange peels and, blend them. Mix yogurt into this blended mixture and apply it across your face. Your face will be free from blemishes and it will shine throughout the day.

Yogurt: the acne fighter
As mentioned earlier, yogurt is rich in zinc and, other minerals which help prevent pimples and acne. If pimples are breaking out on your face, you can apply yogurt on those affected areas. It's nothing more than a natural astringent which will take care of skin burns, acne, blackheads etc.

A brilliant anti ageing element
Do skin tans bother you? Do you feel your skin is growing dull with age and there are more marks than you wish to have? Well, use yogurt, the natural way to remove tan and, marks due to ageing. It's not just about your face but, your entire body. Mix yogurt with banana and avocado and, apply it on your skin that's ageing leaving it for 30 minutes. You can even mix yogurt with brewer's yeast and, leave it for 15-20 minutes on your face and skin. Another way to fight ageing would be banana and honey with yogurt and, use it as a face mask.

Greek Mask
This is a mask created using Greek yogurt. You can always use the regular yogurt for the same. Mix this yogurt with parsley that's finely blended. Apply this mixture on your face to enjoy smooth skin.

Now, you can fight sun burns, tans, signs of ageing and, dull skin with just one ingredient. Yogurt is easily available and, it can be used to hydrate and smooth your skin.
