This situations usually occurs after pregnancy, but in some cases it happens before that too.
Some of the precautions that you can take to improve and make your breast firm is that:-
- Get the right size of the bra . A properly fitted bra will help your breast to be firm an prevent it from sagging. Whereas an ill fitted bra , will cause your breast to sag and will have an ugly appearance.
- Exercise, Its important for any kind of women in fact. For breast sagging, make sure that you do exercises like that of dumbbell chest presses, dumbbell raises, chest flys and dumbbell side lateral raises which will improve in sagging. Improve in your chest muscles and contact a personal trainer to help you.
- Yoga is another form of exercise that will help you enhance your breast. Positions like that of the inverted leg stretch in yoga and headstand help to strengthen the chest area. Pilates are also suggested.
- Use a good skin tightening lotion. There are many brands in the market , read the reviews of the product properly and select according to your best interest. Massage the cream over your chest as per instructions.
- Go the natural way, it always seems to be the most original and easiest too. Papaya is of good use, the enzyme found in papaya helps to tighten the breast. All you have to do is cut the papaya, mix it with soya milk mixture, with a few drops of honey to the mix and a little lime juice too . Drink it regularly every other day.
