Alia Bhatt Reveals Her Monsoon Skincare Secrets For Sensitive Skin, 6 Tips To Stay Flawless
For those with sensitive skin, the monsoon season can be especially difficult due to its high humidity and unpredictable temperatures. Alia Bhatt, a Bollywood actress renowned for her beautiful and glowing complexion, offers her best six suggestions for keeping skin bright and healthy during the rainy season.

Here are some tips from Alia's experience to help you take care of your sensitive skin.
Gentle Cleansing Is Mandatory
Any skincare regimen must start with cleansing, but during the monsoon, when sweat and humidity can cause blocked pores and breakouts, cleansing is particularly crucial. Alia suggests cleansing your skin with a mild, sulfate-free cleanser that gets rid of oil, grime, and pollutants without depleting it of its natural hydration.
Cleaning your face twice a day, in the morning and right before bed, is what Alia suggests. Steer clear of abrasive soaps and cleansers with overpowering scents that could irritate delicate skin.
Apply Lightweight Moisturizer
Your skin still needs to be hydrated to stay firm and healthy, even in humid climates. Alia advises applying a non-comedogenic, lightweight moisturizer that hydrates skin without clogging pores. Hyaluronic acid, glycerin, and ceramides are the perfect ingredients to keep the skin's moisture barrier intact.
To effectively lock in moisture, Alia suggests applying the moisturizer right away after cleansing, when your skin is still slightly damp.

Give A Try To Anti-Inflammatory Ingredients
Humidity during the monsoon can frequently aggravate skin that is already sensitive. Alia stresses how crucial it is to use skincare products with anti-inflammatory components. Seek moisturizers or serums that contain calendula or niacinamide, as these ingredients can help calm and soothe sensitive skin, lessen redness, and enhance the texture of the skin overall.
Alia feels you should use a soothing serum in the morning to prepare your skin for the day and a soothing night cream at night to revitalize and restore your skin.
Sun Protection Is Non-negotiable
UV rays can penetrate your skin even on cloudy monsoon days and cause damage. Alia emphasizes the significance of wearing sunscreen every day. Select a mineral-based broad-spectrum sunscreen with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide that is at least SPF 30 and appropriate for sensitive skin.
When you're outside, Alia suggests reapplying sunscreen every two hours. Choose a water-resistant solution to guarantee that your skin protection lasts through humid circumstances.
Wear Light Makeup
Excessive makeup during the monsoon might worsen skin problems by blocking pores and resulting in outbreaks. Alia advises wearing airy, light makeup. Instead of wearing a full-coverage foundation, use a tinted moisturizer or BB cream; be sure the products you choose are non-comedogenic and made for sensitive skin.
Like Alia, focus on bringing out your inherent beauty by wearing little makeup. To get a fresh, dewy look, dab on some concealer, sprinkle on some translucent powder, and apply a little lip balm.
Keep It Hydrated And Eat Nutrient-Rich Food
Your diet has a big impact on the health of your skin. Alia suggests staying hydrated internally by consuming lots of water throughout the day. To keep your skin healthy and radiant, you should also eat a balanced diet full of fruits, vegetables, and omega-3 fatty acids.
Alia makes sure her diet includes things like nuts, salmon, berries, and spinach. Antioxidants and vital elements that promote skin health are abundant in these nutrient-rich foods.
