Nearly 30% Consultations Now Through AI Chatbots

The study further revealed that nearly 30% of all astrology consultations on the platform are now conducted through the company's AI astrologer chatbot.
This reflects increasing user comfort with digital tools for personal guidance and traditional consultation needs.

Love And Marriage Queries Dominate

According to the report, relationship and marriage-related concerns account for nearly 70% of AI-led consultations, making them the most common category among users.

Meanwhile:

  • Career-related concerns
  • Financial queries

together contribute around 20% of total interactions. The data indicates that emotional clarity and relationship decisions remain key drivers of astrology consultations, even on AI platforms.

Afternoon And Late-Night Usage Peaks

The study identified two major engagement windows during the day:

  • 1 PM to 3 PM, indicating decision-oriented consultations
  • 9 PM to 11 PM, suggesting emotionally driven and reflective interactions

The late-night spike points to users seeking reassurance and private conversations during quieter hours.

Women Account For 70% Of Users

The report also found a strong gender skew, with women making up nearly 70% of AI astrology users.

This trend may reflect greater preference for discreet, accessible, and emotionally safe digital spaces for personal guidance.

Shift Toward Deeper Conversations

Beyond quick one-time queries, users are increasingly engaging in multi-message exploratory conversations, signalling deeper interaction and growing trust in AI-led consultations. Commenting on the findings, Arvind Subbarao, Co-founder and CEO, iMeUsWe, said AI is helping traditional guidance systems become more accessible to a wider audience.

Bigger Digital Wellness Trend

The report noted that AI-led astrology is gradually becoming part of a broader digital wellness ecosystem, where users seek on-demand, private, and emotionally supportive guidance online.
