The former Spice Girl singer, Melanie Chisholm, has said that 'Motherhood' made her confident and relaxed as a person. She has stated that her 17-month -old daughter Scarlet is the most important thing in her life right now. She was quoted as saying that, “ I think motherhood has changed me a lot."

The English , singer-songwriter and business woman has further stated that," I feel much more confident in myself and much more relaxed."

She added, “Even though I have this huge new responsibility I feel it''s changed me for the better. I just feel like I'm a grown-up now, I've stopped caring about those other pressures that seemed so important."

The singer is the last to become a mother from the group of Spice Girls. She is married to property developer Thomas Starr from the year 2002 and they also share a daughter together, who was born in the year 2008, on another note , she states that, “ Before I had Scarlet I was very selfish, it was very much about me and my career, and now I have Scarlet and she''s the most important thing in my life. So everything else now takes second place. I feel much more relaxed about that and it''s helped me feel more confident as a person."
The singer is noted for her tattoos.
