Sarah Palin's $150,000 Shopping Spree
As the elections come to an end, further investigations throw a new light on the shopping expenses of the Republican vice president.

The attacks on Sarah Palin are set to intensify as the full story about the Alaska governor"s 150,000 dollar clothes shopping spree has emerged.

The defeated Republican vice-presidential nominee came under fire last month after it was revealed the Republican Party had spent about 150,000 dollars on designer clothes for her and her family, reports the Australian. But now, Newsweek magazine has reported the shopping was far more extensive than was previously revealed.

A John McCain aide described the spending spree as "Wasilla hillbillies looting Neiman Marcus from coast to coast" and predicted that the truth will come out when the Republican Party's auditors will investigate. The magazine also claimed that Palin used low ranking staffers to buy some of the clothes on their credit cards, and that up to 40,000 dollars was spent on clothes for her husband Todd.

According to the magazine, Palin was told to buy three suits for the Republican convention, and to hire a stylist. Instead, she went on a spending spree at exclusive department stores, including bills of 75,062 dollars at Neiman Marcus and 49,425 dollars at Saks Fifth Avenue.

It clearly is amazing that after all the reports of of troopergate, interviewgate and shoppergate that anyone would consider this women for anything higher than dog catcher -- It only goes to show that half of the american population has gone so far off base and has been brainwashed by the right to believe anythiung is possible -- Get a clue folks, this hillbillies pade is over and the media should stop thinking she deserves anymore attention -- She's not even as bright (?) as Bush and you crazy people want to allow her to control our nucs -- Unbelivable -- As a college educated citizen, I'd have to move out of the country if our population ever elects her to a position of power

but it was fine that Obama's camp spent a million dollars on stadium seating for his coronation, and how much was it to strip off the American flag on his private plane and put his logo on it?
