Horse To Be Man's Best Friend

By Super

Recent study states that horses are better than any other animal to interpret and react to human – given visuals or auditory cues.

Although dog is called as man's best friend, research says that if trained, even horses will catch up with dogs.

"Dogs do tend to have a much closer relationship with man and have probably been bred for their ability to pick up on human cues more so than horses," lead author Leanne Proops said.

Better than any other animal horses tend to understand even the tenuous eye and body movement. Apart from riding on a horse or using one to win a race, these animals have not been given much attention. Hence they understand and react to the cues given during a race or a ride.

There are certain factors, which shapes an animal to react to human visuals or cues.

1.Depends on, how we train them to react to human beings' actions.

2.The way, they are domesticated or taken care of.

3.The way an animal predisposes to how a human being communicate.

In all these three factors, it's the dog, who has got the golden opportunity to prove the best. Hence horses fall behind them but if given proper training and domestication, study states that horses will out shine dogs.

"Horses are highly social animals that use very fine body and facial movements to communicate with each other," Proops added.

Hence in future, if horses are given proper taring and domestication, soon dogs will be replaced by horses. They will prove to be a man's best friend.
