A few popular celebrities have suggested other ladies to use steam to keep their vagina hydrated, however, doctors opine that this habit could lead to vaginal burns!
4. Petroleum Jelly
Many a times people tend to use petroleum jelly as a substitute for lubricants, during sexual intercourse. This can lead to yeast infections, according to experts.
5. Certain Lubricants
Look out for lubricants that contain chemicals like parabens, petrochemicals, DEA, glycerin, methylisothiazolinone, etc, which are linked to cervical cancer when used in the vagina.
6. Curd
Yes, some women are told that ingredients such as curd, turmeric, cloves, etc can be used as home remedies to treat vaginal yeast infections, however, using these ingredients may further worsen your condition.
7. Fruit/Vegetables
