Penumbral Eclipse 2020: Date And Time Of The Last Lunar Eclipse Of The Year In November
On 30 November 2020, we will get to witness the final Lunar Eclipse of the year. This is the fourth Penumbral Eclipse of the year 2020. The first Lunar Eclipse of 2020 took place on 10 January 2020, whereas the second and third Lunar Eclipse took place on 5 June and 4 July 2020 respectively. Date And Time
The Penumbral Lunar Eclipse on 30 November 2020 will take place between 01:04 pm and 5:22 pm. The Lunar Eclipse in November will reach its peak at 3:13 pm. Unlike the other three Lunar Eclipses of 2020, this eclipse will stay for the longest duration. However the eclipse may not be visible in India. This is because in India, the Penumbral Lunar Eclipse will be taking place during the day time.
Countries That Will Be Witnessing The Eclipse
Though it won't be possible to witness the Lunar Eclipse of 30 November in most parts of India, people in some parts of the country can witness this eclipse. These are the eastern parts of the country such as: Bihar, Assam, West Bengal and in some parts of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The visibility chances of the Penumbral Eclipse will be higher in the second half of the eclipse on 30 November.
Apart from this, the Penumbral Lunar Eclipse will be clearly visible in North America, Asia-Pacific, Australia, South America, Europe and the Atlantic.
