Top 5 Yoga Poses For A Calm Mind
Find difficulty in making your mind calm at times. You will find that many a times when you pray you suffer from a lack of concentration. There is nothing to be worried about it. There are some yoga poses that you can use to find peace of mind as that is one of the best ways to reach God through your prayers. Here are a few yoga poses for a calm and composed mind. Practice yoga on a regular basis for at least 10-15 minutes in open air and loose fitting clothes for the best results.
Tree Pose- Tree pose is one of the easiest yoga poses to attain a calm mind. Stand on either your left or right foot and bring the sole of the other foot to touch the knees of one. Join your hands on the top of your head. Stand balanced in this position for about 30-40 seconds. Repeat this for a few minutes. This yoga will make your mind a lot more calm.

Your chest will expand the time your breathe in and will deflate as soon as you breathe out. This yoga is awesome for a calm mind. Do this for at least 10 minutes regularly.
Salutation Seal- This again is one of the best yoga poses for a calm mind. You have to do this exercise for at least 10-15 minutes a day. Sit on the floor in a cross legged position. Take deep breaths, that is, inhale and exhale properly. Try to forget everything else while you do this and see how calm your mind is after practicing this yoga.
Surya Namaskar( Sun Salutation)- The Surya Namaskar or the sun salutation is a a series of 12 poses that you have to facing the sun early morning in open air. This is actually one of the best yoga positions for a calm mind. The poses include standing erect, bending down with back erect and then touching the ground with your chest and raising your head up. Practice one of the most popular yoga poses, that is sun salutation for a calm and peaceful mind.
Seated Forward Bend- This happens to be one of the best yoga poses if you want a calm mind. Sit with your legs in front. Your spine must be straight while you sit in the position. Stretch you hands above your head and exhale. Now bend forward and touch your feet. Hold this position and breathe for 20-30 seconds. Come back to your original seated position and then relax. Do this for the next 8-10 minutes. You will find your mind to be lot more calm after this exercise
