Mistakes To Avoid For Healthy Eyes 

Remove your contact lenses before going to bed as it can deprive it from the oxygen.

1. Remove Contact Lenses  

Looking at electronic screens all day can be as harmful as the sun's ultraviolet rays, as they emit blue light.

2. Staring At Screens

Using old drops, expired solutions and contact lenses can cause severe eye damage.

4. Rubbing Or Touching Your Eyes 

Mucous membranes in the eyes collect dirt and germs, and rubbing eyes too hard can lead to broken blood vessels, bacterial infections, and inflamation.

5. Not Carrying Sunglasses

Sunglasses provide UV protection to your eyes and helps to prevent the risk of  skin cancer on the eyelids, visible spots on the whites of eyes and corneal burns.

6. Removing Eye Makeup

Not removing eye makeup can deprive your eyes of oxygen, lead to bacterial infection, cause damage to the cornea.

7. Sleeping With Makeup On

Not removing your makeup before going to bed can clog the glands arounfd your eyes.
