Kiara starts her day with an early morning ritual that involves lemon water.

EARLY MORNING ROUTINE

Her breakfast bowl is usually filled with oats, seasonal fruits, nuts and seeds.

BREAKFAST BOWL

She likes apple slices dipped in peanut butter before her workout.

PRE WORKOUT SNACK

She likes light homemade food like nachni roti, sabzi, dal and sprouts.

POST WORKOUT LUNCH

She either prefers the same food she had for lunch or eats fish for dinner like salmon red snapper, king mackerel or pomfret.
