Easy Homemade Cheese Spread Recipe
2 litre milk
3 tbsp vinegar
½ cup cream
½ cup Cheddar Cheese
¼ tsp kosher salt
½ tsp mixed herbs
INGREDIENTS NEEDED
Follow the steps for a delicious homemade cheese spread recipe that can be teamed up with your favourite snacks.
HOW TO PREPARE
Take 2-litres of milk in a vessel, stir continuously and bring it to a boil.
STEP 1
Add 2 tbsp of vinegar once it is boiled. Stir until the milk curdles. Drain off the excess water and squeeze the curd milk well into a cheezecloth.

Rinze it again with cold water softly to remove the sourness from the cottage cheese or paneer.
Add the cottage cheese to a blender with ½ cup cream, ¼ tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp paprika, and ½ tsp mixed herbs.
STEP 4
Once you achieve a silky smooth consistency, keep it aside. You can team it up with the a bread or snack of your choice.
