Getting Too Possessive
All women like their man to be a little protective about them. But please note that 'protective' is not the same as 'possessive'. You tell her to cover up her cleavage because the guy at the next table is staring at her, she will think you are a chauvinist.

Too Much Too Soon
If she is a good gal, then don't try to get her into bed on your second date. She will not comply and she will think that you want only sex from her. She will also get offended that you thought her to be so easily available. The bottom line is that she will drop you from her dating list.
