During your pregnancy, you were probably bombarded from all directions on the stuff you should not eat for fear of harming the baby. Well, now is the time to relax and let many of your favourite snacks back into the menu. But are there any kinds of foods to avoid after delivery?

The baby still depends on you for nutrition and as long as you are breastfeeding you must be careful about the kind of food that you eat. If your diet is not healthy, chances are more for your baby to get an allergic reaction, colic or other disorders through breast milk. Pass up on unpasteurized soft cheese while you are breastfeeding your baby. In fact, it would be better to not eat any unpasteurized dairy products after a delivery.
