Spa Review: The Four Fountains Spa

By Super

After a hectic travel from Delhi, I welcomed my boss's suggestion to go for a spa review. I chose the Whitefield branch of the spa from the various other options in Bangalore. Located in the major suburb of the city, The Four Fountains Spa is a property on the main road.

While entering through the gate, I clearly felt the aura and ambiance needed for the spa. I was warmly welcomed by the people available at the reception and was soon offered lukewarm lemon water. As I was not sure which treatment I should opt for so, the manager of the spa explained different therapies available at the spa and their benefits to me. I finally decided to go for an Aromatherapy and was really glad to see the prices. Now, I was eagerly looking forward to my pampering session.

Spa Review: The Four Fountains Spa

I was soon shifted to a separate room that was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The music was soothing and suited the ambiance. The masseur who was appointed for me was friendly and kept me in loop of whatever oils she was using. She dimmed the lights and lowered the room temperature according to my requirements. Moving forward with the therapy, I realised that aromatherapy is not simply about aroma but its actions that happens on the body after the essential oils are applied. This therapy is said to relieve you from the mental, physical and emotional tensions. I started relaxing as she started moving her hands on my back.

After an hour or so she woke me up from the relaxing mood which I wished could go on for a little more while. A hot shower and herbal tea after all that was required to complete my spa visit. At the end, person at reception gave me few brochures and a de-stressing balm that can be applied before sleeping to relax.

The treatment left me relaxed and refreshed. My overall experience at The Four Fountains Spa was enriching and it surely is worth a visit.
