first ever superman comics for sale
The first ever comic book that launched Superman as the first ever super hero is ready to go under the hammer. Experts believe that it could fetch up to 126,000 dollars.

"Action Comics #1" was published in June 1938, and is considered by experts to be the world's most valuable comic book, reports Fox News.

"It's the Holy Grail of comic books," comic expert Stephen Fishler, who created the 10-point grading scale used to evaluate comic books, said.

"This is the one that started it all. There was no such thing as a super hero before it. No flying man. Comics weren't even that popular. It's the single most important event in comic book history," he added.

The copy is reported to be in a fine condition, and can fetch much more than 126,000 dollars. There are existing 100 copies of the first ever edition of the first super hero comics.

The owner of this particular comics is known to have begged his father to buy the comic book in the year 1950 when he was 9 years old, for 35 cents. The comic will be available on the Fishler and Vincent Zurzolo, co-owners of Metropolis Collectibles website for two weeks.
