Carla Bruni's Castle Sold
France's first Lady, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy has finally managed to find a buyer for her family home in Italy. The castle located near the city of Turin was sold for 11.5 million dollars.

The mansion dates back 1019 and was bought by the Brunis in 1952. Accordind to the Italian newspaper La Stampa, the castle is sold to an Arab sheik, while the fittings and the furniture were auctioned for 12.8 million in London.

The 40 room, 1,500 property was jointly owned by Bruni-Sarkozy, her mother and her sister, Valeria Bruni Tedeschi. The star's mother, Marisa Bruni Tedeschi, confirms: "Yes, we have finally found a buyer. After all, we had finished with (it), nobody went there any more." AGENCIES
